I would like to explain what has happened with my last template. I hope you will all understand.

Hello all! I am very saddened by what has happened but I fully want to make it right. So first I would like to ask that everyone that downloaded the last template (Template J) to please go and delete it. I have removed it from 4shared and the previews and such from below.

Last week I was working on my quickpages for our school fundraiser and I had seen a layout in a gallery (don't know where since I frequent many). So I made a quickpage like it. Then I enjoyed how it turned out that I thought that I would make something similar but with flowers. Well, I guess that was the wrong thing to do because it is just too close to someone else's tempate (which I did not know was a template in the first place).

I do apologize to Amy and would never try to plagerize on anyone else's designs. The fact that the flower placement is almost exact to the stars just happened by chance seriously. I was just placing them here and there and then put a separate on another layer so you could move it around. I am truly surprised that happened that way.

I am not sure what else to do but to publicly apologize to Amy for any hurt feelings and so forth. I would never want anyone to think of me in any harsh terms. I am not the type of person that does well with confrontation either. I usually shrink into a hole if I know someone feels badly about me.

I do not do this for profit at this time. That is not why I scrap. I scrap for fun and for my family. That is all. And recently I thought I would try to do something for my school.

I am surprised this has happened today of all days too because I had just decided to become a designer yesterday after a friend of mine had been hinting to it for months. I would never want anyone to think that I was stealing others designs.

I truly do apologize to all of you out there. I would never want to make problems like this. I even more would like to apologize to Amy one more time and make sure that she knows that I would never do this on purpose.

Thank you for reading this. I hope you all will forgive me.

Honey.......I think it's great your intentions.......but I'm not sure how you got the exact same placements as I did? Anyway, you've taken it down and apologized and that's all I ask.......well, almost, hehe......my name is Amy (as you put where you removed the 4shared link) and I'd appreciate it if you would remove the links to our blog.......thanks! And thank you for understanding. I've been pirated many times lately and it's hard to not be defensive.

Oh boy, I know this one. I did a similar mistake myself when I was first starting out. Never fear you too shall overcome. Sometimes we forget if it's an idea we saw or that popped into our heads. People may say that you never could have come up with it on your own but it does happen on occasion. Never fear, you did all the right things and are a good designer, so just keep on keeping on.
Hugs,
-Amy

Oh Janeal I am so sorry that this happened. But it appears as though Amy is cool with it now that all is settled. I hadn't yet got to download the "J" template - so I'm okay. I wish you well and don't worry all will work out. We are all here for you! And Amy too!

Honest mistakes happen and you have taken ever step to eradicate it and make it right. I think that makes you pretty special.

I KNOW you had no intentions of stealing an idea. There are so many layouts out in the cyber-world it isn't hard to make something similar. I love your templates and hope you will continue to share them along with your layouts. You are so talented. You inspire me.

It was an honest mistake that has now been corrected. Hey we wouldn't be human if we didn't make errors in life. I would never for a moment doubt your integrity so keep up the good work.

A bit about me

I am a stay at home mother of 7 boys that keep me busy all day, but I love to create in many different ways when I have a few minutes to myself. Since my youngest is finally in the double digits, I am able to have a little more time to myself to create. I love crafting in any way, shape, or form and I would like to share that with you. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and gardening which I hope to share with you too.
