Here is a page I did of baby Travis. He is now 3 months old. I thought these colors were just so sweet to go with it.

Okay, I have found a few designers that I just adore. I am just too addicted! Augh! What am I going to do? Anyhow, last week I found a chat going on right when I am able to get on. It is at The Daily Scrap. Which by the way, is home of Rebecca Myers and Cheryl Whitesel. They both have become a favorite of mine. Especially when I look at this kit. It is so huge I can not even believe it.

Anyhow, so I found this kit: Walk on the Beach by Rebecca and Cheryl. I was so stoked!

Then, today I was looking at some e-mails in a group I am in (which was my very first yahoo group I ever joined!-Tutstagsandstuff). And a lady there shared this blog with some template freebies so I had to go there: http://yaaniz.blogspot.com/index.html

Her name is Jaanas. She has some wonderful freebies and some wonderful products at her site: http://www.scrapyard.se/

See what happens to me when I go browsing! Augh! What am I going to do? I am now hooked on more things that I can imagine. Well, ad this layout is what came about all of this browsing. So I hope you all like it! I had lots of fun with it! See that is why I can never become a designer-I need all this time to play and browse! LOL!

These are some pictures I just took today. I first wanted to get some pictures of baby Travis and was excited that he was cooperating. Then Daniel came in and saw me taking pictures and had to get in on the action. Then of coarse Jonny got excited too. Thank goodness this is where it stopped since the other boys are in school. It would not have stopped though because all of my kids are NOT camera shy if you know what I mean. LOL!

I loved doing this because a lot of the work was done for me. The circle frames were already made. Yippee! Making my life just so much easier.

Here is a freebie I have made for anyone that wants it. I loved making the following page that was similar so I thought I would make a template to share. I love to try my hand at new things all the time. Enjoy all! Click on the template preview above or go HERE to pick up your freebie!

This is the layout I used for inspiration:

This is a page I did a while ago of my husband's mother.

Wording:

She has us over all the time during Autumn and the Winter to celebrate birthdays and holidays.

I am not quite sure what font this is sorry.

I was watching DIY's Scrapbooking today and they showed this technique to take one picture and take different parts of it to make a layout like this. I thought it was cool so I did Personality pages for all my children except the baby.
Matthew has the natural ability to play most any sport with great ability. He is a kind friend to all that knows him. He is very bright and prides in the fact that he can understand almost any math that the teacher gives them.
Chris is the funniest guy I know. He cracks us up daily. He is so smart. He enjoys to draw and make cartoons. He is so spiritual and will surprise me daily with his insites.
Michael is the sweetest and the most kind hearted young man that I know. He always gives me hugs and says he loves me. He tries his best in everything he does. He loves music and shows it in many ways.

Jonny is my spunky, outgoing, sweetie that loves to help when he has the desire to. He loves to watch educational shows with Daddy and says he is going to be a doctor someday.

Daniel has one of those personalities that just makes you want to sit and cuddle up with him forever. I love how he just smiles all day long.

These Quickies were made with: Be My Love by Teri Hanson and it is 50% off this month.

I have gotten quite a few layouts done lately. Here are a few of them. I will get the rest posted in a day or two. I think my favorite one is this first one of my sister and her hubby.

This is my sister Sheila and her hubby Robert. They are so photogenic. I added a quote to this page too. I made this page for the scraplift challenge and scraplifted Little Miss Prim by jongleuse.

This is a page I did for the It's Only Words Challenge. I love all those smiles of the boys and just had to put these pictures with the challenge.
These are all my older boys just giving me smiles. What sweeties!

I did this page for the Ad Challenge here at Digitals. I just love this picture of my son holding the baby. He is such a helpful boy.

Wording:

This is Christopher holding his baby brother Travis. Chris is such a great helper. When mommy needs help he helps out by holding Travis for her so she can get things done. It is really helpful when she is trying to make dinner. What a great big brother.

This layout is for the Swap Challenge at Digitals. You get paired up with another member and swap photos. She made me a page with my son Daniel. This is the page I made for her. It is her great niece and nephew. Don't you just love that smile!

Wording:My great niece Amy and great nephew Luca. These are the kids favorite cousin's as they're closest to their age. I adore being their Great Aunt that's for sure.December 23, 2006

This is me and my new baby Travis on his blessing day. I am not too happy about the photo (of coarse I am never happy with my own photos). Baby Travis looked great in his little tuxedo.

Wording: Travis you are a special little boy. We thought we were complete and then we had you. You are loved not only by me and your father but by your older brothers. Each and every on of them love you with all their heart.

Word art by Digitals Scripture Challenge Hostess Karla Kellum (Lifesong Kreations). Great challenge at Digitals.

These are some pictures of my neices a few years back. What sweet hearts they are. Alicia and Rosalyn are my sister Sheila's children. They are at a very pretty place in Minnesota outside the town of Spring Valley. Nope, I don't remember the place but I remember it being beautiful there.

In this picture they are getting older yet. I adore this family portrait with the house in the back and such. My Grandmother is on the far right of the picture holding a baby girl. I am guessing it just might be her younger sister Frances Marie. It could be a neice also. I am not sure.

Here is Tressie May and her grandchildren. There are quite a lot here but I am sure that is not all of them. You can not read all the names and the picture again is not that great but this is what I have to work with. I see her sitting in the middle of all of them and you can see she is happy. I did make a mistake on the year obviously. It was supposed to be 1937 and I fixed it on the original.

I originally made this page for the January Sketch Challenge at Scrappin Digi Kreations but then realized that the theme was New Beginnings. Oh, well. I guess I will have to make another page for that. LOL! I like the simpleness of this sketch. Very nice. Thank you vkimmycat for the challenge! I will get going on another one soon!

Here is Tressie May Evans Post with her children again. I look at these photos and just marvel. She must have been a great mother. I adore this picture here with the girls all over her lap. Even though you really can not see her face in the upper left photo I just had to include it in this page because it gives a little look into what she was like as a young woman. She looks very well kept. On the bottom photo I adore how they are all lined up with their mother. Obviously there was a special bond there.

I guess I am a bit envious. Look at all those girls. LOL! She might say the opposite about me. Something like "Look at all those boys! She must be a great mother"-well, she might be wrong about me but I am surely not wrong about her. She had 11 children, only 4 of which were boys. So she had 7 girls. Wow! All within about 20 years. Boy, I thought I had stretch marks. LOL!

Here is my Great Grandmother (Tressie Post) and her children. I am very impressed that they actually got as many photos as they did. On the left is the first four children, on the right is the first two children. The upper photo is of them on their farm with the kids. I am not sure what they are doing but it looks like fun! Look at all those chickens! LOL!

The descriptions are the original descriptions that my grandmother typed out over 50 years ago.

Here is a picture of my family. We go out to California City to go motorcycling and quading every Christmas break. My kids really love it. This past year we had another baby so I did not participate as much.
This layout is a scraplift of Rona's Hong Kong Space Museum layout when she was the Kreative Kharacter for ScrappinDigiKreations in December 2006.
Wording:
We go out to the desert every year for Christmas break. Here is our family this year except for baby Travis who was asleep.
Well, there is the first picture of baby Travis right there in the circle next to me and my hubby.

Hello all! Many don't know me but that is okay. I am a stay at home mom of 5 (almost 6) boys. I mainly spend my time doing things related to scrapbooking. Of coarse because I am a one of those addicted to scrapping that has to do everything. I do not design professionally as of yet. LOL! But I hope that some day I will maybe get into that too. I just enjoy playing with others creations at the time that I would rather do that then spend time designing.

Here is a picture of me so you can kind of get to know me a bit better. I am 6 months pregnant in this photo. This is one of the ONLY photos of me ever taken because I don't allow my hubby to take pictures.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to have more up soon.

A bit about me

I am a stay at home mother of 7 boys that keep me busy all day, but I love to create in many different ways when I have a few minutes to myself. Since my youngest is finally in the double digits, I am able to have a little more time to myself to create. I love crafting in any way, shape, or form and I would like to share that with you. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and gardening which I hope to share with you too.
